Explore the automation of the Cisco iOS XE to the Cisco Live EMEA 2025

Cisco iOS XE offers advanced programmability and automation capacity that simplifies network management and reduces complexity. Using open standards, such as NetConf, Restconf and GNMI, network administrators can effectively provide and configure devices and minimize manual errors. Integration of zero touch providing using Devops Toolkits tools on board the device, while telemetry with the model provides data collection in real time for improved monitoring and problem removal. Cisco automation solutions are expandable throughout the device life cycle, which supports smooth software and repair upgrades. These functions allow our customers to manage business result and be at the tip of the network automation, faster, faster, safer and more efficient network operations.

Are you prepared deeper into programmability, automation and telemetry Cisco iOS-X? Join us at Cisco Live EMEA in Amsterdam 9 – 14 February 2025!

This session covers topics from the beginning with programmability and automation of Cisco iOS XE, Yang Suite and Terraform tools, and topics ranging from secure zero touch provision to telemetry to atomic replacement configuration. Check out the details of the upcoming Cisco Live sessions:

Breakout session

Secure zero touch (SZTP) using Cisco Catalyst switches (Devnet-1249)

Providing zero touches (ZTP) allows us to automate the deployment of the Cisco iOS XE and the catalyst on the enterprise and campus networks using the built -in Linux Centos and Python and NetConf APIs that are filled on board, configure and manage network devices. This session describes in detail ZTP and guest features and examines common basic and advanced use. We now support Secure ZTP with the new release of Cisco iOS XE. This feature includes explanation of key components included convected information, ownership certificate and ownership voucher. Configuration of settings for secure ZTP will be listed in this session.

Atomic configuration to replace Cisco Catalyst 9000 (Devnet-2385)

Atomic configuration and atomic configuration are increasingly required, and this session is immersed deep into newly introduced features in the iOS XE and Catalyst 9000. The ability to manage atomic configuration allows teams more efficiently manage drift changes and network configurations. Using CL or API, the functions of atomic configuration will be proven to be extremely benefited from using partial EITH configuration or complete replacement. It easily replaces the ACL interface, policy or configuration or gives complete configuration and this configuration will be without existing configuration.

Are you ready to get on practices? Fill in this form to stay in an atomic configuration and get the Hands-on ACR feature in our early field attempts: https://formsoffice.com/pages/respage.aspx?id=yq_HWGWVL0CMMSFVPVPVL-QHYOMA code

Netdevops 3,2,1, Action! Reduce iOS XE attack surface with Ansible (Devwks-2008)

Have you heard we need to secure the network?

Do auditors look over the shoulder?

How about solving these problems with unfavorable automation?

If you are still storing passwords for Inventory Inventory in text files or want a deeper understanding of iOS XE security, this session is for you.

In this session, you will read how to safely use ALSIBLE to permit AAA, configure the strong SSH Cipher apartment, deploy Macsec and allow other safety features based on proven procedures. These proven procedures will help you meet the requirements for compliance with regulations, include CMMC, NIST and more.

NOTE:

The Procedure of the Devnet Seating seats is as follows: The registered waiting sits first, the waiting list and the unregistered waiting are seated if the seat is available. It is a practical workshop of Devnet, where you are encoding with the instructor and only 16 laptops are available for this workshop. The sound in the workshops is broadcast to wireless headphones worn by participants. Each seat in this seminar will be provided with noise liability.

Waiting for this workshop Devnet you will be entitled to obtain Cisco Continuing Education (CE) credits. Details can be found at: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/training-events/training-certifications/training/contining-education-program.html#qualification-options

Skills, conversations Lightning & Cisco u

Configure iOS XE using CLI (Devskl-1110)

This session will include CISCO CATALYST manual configuration. This session is paired with skills -1111111. It is recommended to register for sitting stalls, but this is not necessary.

Configure iOS XE using automation (DevSKL-1111)

This session will include an automation of the process for Cisco Catalyst. This session is extremely paired before this session with skills-1110. It is recommended to register for the stand session, but it is not necessary.

Configuration PLC Cisco iOS XE using Terraform (Devlit-2083)

Terraform is a tool to ensure native infrastructure infrastructure with dependence on the side of zero and the only binary file. Terraform for Cisco iOS XE uses Restconf and Yang. It is comparable to unintelligible tools and both can be together.

We start with a safe zero touch (Devlit-2062)

Providing zero touches (ZTP) allows us to automate the deployment of the Cisco iOS XE and the catalyst on the enterprise and campus networks using the built -in Linux Centos and Python and NetConf APIs that are filled on board, configure and manage network devices. This session describes in detail ZTP and guest features and examines common basic and advanced use. We now support Secure ZTP with the new release of Cisco iOS XE. This feature included an explanation of key components, included the information transmitted, ownership certificate and ownership.

Maximizing Cisco iOS XE using Suite Yang (Ciscou-1043)

More efficiently and more efficiently with Cisco Catalyst iOS XE begins using programmability and automation to shorten the problem solving time. Instead of wasting the problem of solving problems, let’s work on solving difficult problems! In this session, we will explore Yang -based capabilities via the free and publicly available Yang Suite tool. This tool will help our device be configured with ease on the scale. We will answer questions like: How can I find the equivalent Yang model for CLI I use today? We will also create useful loads to configure the programmate device and generate Python scripts and unfavorable books to repeat these configurations on a larger scale.
